Tip for Sciatica...or just plain stressed glutes!


Sciatica? Hip Pain? It might be that you have just started walking, or you sit alot or stand alot? All these positionings of the body require the 'gluteal region' to be used. If not stretched, these muscle groups, individually, often remain 'in action'. So try this stretch, I call it "sit like a bloke" stretch. Sit up straight against a chair. Take deep breaths as you apply a gentle pressure down on knee. Hold for at least 1 minute. Gain more stretch if lean body (from hips, not hunched) over to foot. Great if you are in meetings, reviewing computer, or just chatting!
